Matthew Rust – Chief Financial Officer and Interim General Manager

Matthew Rust brings a wide array of experience from a variety of accounting and managerial arenas. Matthew is currently the CFO at Vogue Optical. Prior to Vogue, he held the position of CFO at Master Packaging (part of the Irving Group of Companies) where he was involved in an Executive capacity in many different areas of the organization. Prior to Master Packaging, Matthew lived in Calgary, Alberta where he held the positions of Controller at Gienow Windows and Doors, Controller at Bulkflow Technologies Inc. and five years in public accounting at Kenway Mack Slusarchuk Stewart, where he served numerous clients in a controllership role. Matthew is a Chartered Accountant, holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Saint Mary’s University and an MBA from the University of Calgary’s Executive MBA Program.

TJ Keenan – Project Manager

TJ Keenan is Project Manager at Revolution Media and is responsible for account management and development.  Previously, he held senior management positions at Advantage Communications, a call center where he directly managed over 100 global clients, including Advantage’s own online advertising campaigns. He has worked with brands such as Eastlink, 1-800-GOT-JUNK and Tourism PEI. Prior to joining Revolution Media, TJ has conceptualized and developed web projects for several Canadian businesses. TJ’s close attention to detail, his creative problem solving skills, and leadership abilities make him an invaluable member of our team. TJ also has vast knowledge of IT infrastructure, programming languages, and efficient use of technology which helps Revolution design and implement customized solutions for our clients. His strong commitment to client services is an instrumental part of Revolution’s ever-evolving focus on superior customer care.

Lee Gauthier – Director of Business Development and Sales

Lee is a leader in marketing, strategic planning and networking. Before becoming Revolution Media’s Director of Business Development and Sales, for over 20 years Lee was instrumental as Chapter Director in the development of The Children’s Wish Foundation of Canada – Prince Edward Island Chapter. He had previously spent five years with Coopers and Lybrand accounting firm in the area of business growth and branding. Lee has served the community as Sponsorship Chair of Canadian Senior Men’s Fastpitch Championships, currently serves as President of the Metro Rec Hockey League, is a former Hockey PEI AA Hockey Council member, served as Board member and Treasurer Hockey PEI for 10 years, former Easter Seals Telethon Publicity Chair, former Air Canada Cup Hockey Tournament Chair and former member of the Charlottetown Rotary Club.In 2009 Lee was recognized and honoured nationally as one of seven original builders of The Children’s Wish Foundation of Canada.

Dale McKie – Graphic Designer

With over 15 years of print design experience Dale brings a wealth of expertise to Revolution Media. He has worked on major publications, and national campaigns for both the public and private sector, including corporate identity packages, retail packaging, POP displays, and television & radio spots. Dale’s background and understanding of both print and new media carry into his design concepts from initial idea to final piece. Dale has been quoted in Design Edge magazine for his opinion on where the web trends for 2011. He was also excited to be chosen to work with Holland College on outlining the new course structure for the Interactive Multimedia Course upcoming in 2012.

Jill Hamilton – Graphic Designer

Jill Hamilton moved from Nova Scotia to Charlottetown in 2008. Before joining the team at Revolution Media, she graduated from the Interactive Multimedia and Journalism programs at Holland College and worked as a freelance web/graphic designer and front-end developer. When she’s not whipping up a layout in Photoshop, Jill can be found watching movies, doing historical research and writing.

Jon Howard – Web Developer

Jon’s enthusiasm for technology makes him a perfect fit for helping Revolution Media to create visually pleasing, but yet functional, user friendly websites. He is constantly learning new techniques and is on a mission to implement these into every new site he creates. His obsession with becoming a jQuery ninja has leveled out and he’s now moved on to media queries as his new favourite toy. He is proud to be a part of a growing company like Revolution Media, and breathe new life into what we call the World Wide Web.
