Project Management

The first step of our engagement process is to confirm our understanding for the scope of the project, and desired outcome of the solution. This can be accomplished through an initial meeting with key stakeholders. From this point, documentation is created to ensure the goals of the project are met, and the responsibilities of everyone involved is clearly outlined. Timelines are created and budgets are set in this initial planning stage. We follow through with weekly status meetings, through the various stages of development: design mockups, development, testing, training and finally,  launch.  We guide you and work with you every step of the way.

Change Management

Project changes sometimes do occur. When a change occurs (and it is outside of the original signed-off scope), a meeting will be arranged to discuss and outline the change request. Once finalized, a change request form will be submitted to the client outlining the additional time requirements and associated development costs. The client signs-off and the change is then implemented. Finally, all successful projects depend on good communication between client and vendor. We view our relationship with our clients as a partnership. If you succeed, we succeed. To maintain these lines of communications, project status meetings will be conducted at specified intervals. These meetings ensure that our clients know what is happening on their file every step of the way and that all elements specified in their Project Charter are understood, being developed, and are on schedule.
