Planning
The first step of our process is to confirm our client’s needs and objectives. To do this we conduct a high-level requirements analysis and evaluate the business drivers for delivering a solution. This is where we get to know our client, their business, and their goals. We perform initial research, assess the opportunity and create a strategy and design document for our development team. After this preliminary study, we issue a basic outline of the work to be performed and a cost estimate.
Design
Phase two is where the physical design begins. We place a great deal of importance on creativity and innovation. We’re never afraid to think differently in an effort to open new avenues of success for our clients. Working with content provided, we will incorporate elements from the established brand and corporate characteristics to visually communicate an enhanced identity.
Build
Phase three is where our focus shifts to back-end system development and core functionality. All technical requirements as identified in the analysis phase will be incorporated into the solution.
Delivery
The final stage consists of final quality assurance testing and deployment. At the completion of the testing phase the site will be delivered to the client for final approval and acceptance.
